Selection of key project achievements

• Harmonization of vendor landscape within CIO and CTO and ensured the continuity and quality of service, optimized management of infrastructure and platforms, significantly improved the efficiency of Service Delivery. The project realized cost saving of over 100Mio CHF over a period of 5 years
• Leadership of the key projects Billing, Reporting, Marketing Automation, Output Management, Implementation, and Service Transition in compliance with defined budget, timeline, and quality parameters (including KPIs)
• Development and preparation of strategic foundation documents (including product catalogs covering all products/services, comprehensive pricing structures for telecom products, and high-level solution architecture) for the prioritized strategic Telecom Products Rollout project at Group level
• Lead of the T&I IT Merger & Acquisition and carve out activities to stay in financial and strategic guidance and overall IT lead in terms of integration into Sunrise
• Development and definition of a company wide cloud strategy which gave the foundation of the move-2-cloud strategy (Multicloud, Azure, AWS, Google, SaaS, PaaS, etc.)
• Create and operate a centre of excellence model accountable for the planning, design, development, delivery, performance, L3/4 support of all strategic platforms and reduction of costs
• Assured comprehensive working model within the multinational and cultural IT department and reduced the fluctuation of the organisation
• Technical support for the digital transformation during the harmonization project
• Introduction, assurance and the adherence of the SOX framework which resulted in the lowest amount of deficiencies within Liberty Global Group
• Successful migration of services, organisations and processes without interruption of availability and assured the requested SLA
• Redesign of manual and labor-intensive processes within projects (continuous optimization)
