Selected Project Achievements

• Harmonisation of the partner landscape across CIO and CTO, including ensuring service continuity, quality improvement, and optimisation of infrastructure and platform services, achieving a cost reduction of over CHF 100M over five years.
• Development of IT strategies in a multinational environment, integrating diverse country organisations, local requirements, and group-wide goals, with a clear focus on strategic guardrails, priorities, and actionable results.
• Management of mission-critical IT projects in the areas of billing, reporting, marketing automation, output management, implementation, and service transition, within defined budget, schedule, quality, and KPI targets.
• Development of strategic foundations, including product catalogs, pricing structures for telecommunications products, and high-level solution architectures for prioritised rollout initiatives.
• Led IT-related M&A sell-side activities and held overall responsibility for IT integration at Sunrise, successfully meeting all budget and strategic objectives.
• Creation of an enterprise-wide cloud strategy as the foundation for the move-to-cloud programme, encompassing multi-cloud, Azure, AWS, Google, SaaS, and PaaS.
• Establishment of a pan-European Center of Excellence model for planning, design, and development within the OSS landscape, delivering sustainable cost reduction and standardised delivery capabilities.
• Support for digital transformation as part of a comprehensive harmonization program, focusing on technical feasibility, process improvement, and operational stability.
• Implemented and embedded the SOX framework, ensuring ongoing compliance and achieving the lowest number of deficiencies within the Liberty Group.
• Redesigned manual, labour-intensive processes to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
