My name is Pascal Grünig. I am an experienced CIO and technology leader with a broad background in telecom and IT, spanning security, operations, delivery and strategic management. Throughout my career, I have led organisations, major transformation programmes and complex technology initiatives across international environments. I live in the Zurich Oberland with my family. Outside work, family, hiking, skiing and handball are important to me.

What defines me

Turning Strategy into Reality

Strategy must be actionable and create real business value. Only then does it become reality.

Bringing Experience to the Table

Throughout my career, I have built extensive hands-on experience across strategy, technology, operations and transformation. Today, I bring that experience to my clients.

Honesty

I listen carefully and provide a clear assessment. Honesty matters to me—even when the answer is not the one people want to hear. In most cases, that is what helps move things forward.
